UCELLS project is organizing a Technical Session in ISART 2010 (Symposium on Advanced Radio Technologies) to be hold in Boulder, Colorado (USA) from 27 to 30 July 2010.
ISART is organized by the NTIA (National Telecommunications and Information Administration) agency of the United States Department of Commerce. NTIA serves as the United States President's principal adviser on telecommunications policies pertaining to the economic and technological advancement and to regulation of the telecommunications industry.
ISART symposium brings together technical researchers, academia, business leaders, and government policy makers for the purpose of forecasting the development and application of advanced radio technologies. UCELLS view alongside views from other FP7 projects will be presented there in July 2010.
